Ukoliko praviš svoje treninge tako da svakog dana “radiš” neku drugu grupu mišića, pa je tako jedan dan za ruke, drugi za leđa, treći za noge i tako dalje, onda je bitno da plan praviš na nedeljnom nivou. Tokom prvih šest dana u tom slučaju možeš svakodnevno da imaš treninge, da vežbaš, ma koliko naporne vežbe bile, ali je bitno i neophodno da sedmi dan bude dan za potpuni odmor, kako bi organizam povratio snagu i kako bi mogao da se regeneriše.

How do we find balance between tapas and santosha? The yoga sutras instruct us to embody both of these qualities. Santosha is the inner peace we find from realizing that everything we have and are is enough. It is perfect contentment and satisfaction. Tapas means to burn. Tapas is the firey discipline and passion that pushes us to be a better person. . So, why the need to be better if everything you are is enough, should we not be content with that? . Nothing is static. Everything is in motion and changing. To be content doesn't mean to stand still and do nothing. It's an understanding that nothing worth pursuing exists outside of yourself. As Einstein says, "life is like a bicycle, to keep balance you have to keep moving." To be content doesn't mean to be static. And to practice tapas doesn't mean there is somewhere to go. If we think that we need to be anywhere else, we forget that we are here. Here is always moving and we are moving with it.
